The Social Hub Berlin Alexanderplatz

Superb location, right next to both Jannowirzebrücke S & U-bahn connections which is conveniently only 15 minutes away from Berlin Hautbanhof. The room itself makes good use of the available space. Starting with the bed: a medium-firm mattress with a choice of pillows, suited to your liking available through a so called “pillow bar”. There is a selection of lighting options available whether side, table or main lights all of which are dimmable.

Great location, lovely people. Okay sized room, very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well kept. Okay selection at breakfast, but a bit boring after a day is two, not a lot changes. Short walk to Alexa shopping centre and Alexanderplatz, loads of options for public transport around the hotel. First vibe seemed a bit party hotel like, but it was very quiet on the hallways and from rooms - excellent noise cancelling build.

Nice large room and bathroom (801). Stayed for a week and the room was very quiet - never heard a thing from other residents. Bed very comfortable, though very high to get into. Excellent shower. Good access to transport (not far from S & U Bahn). Availability of launderette facilities (important for long trips).Shaver socket in bathroom.

Cool and fun vibe, everything in the room very well thought-out, great staff, excellent location. Breakfast was also very good. It was great both for fun and for telecommuting.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent, just steps away from the metro and with super easy access to the airport train, which made getting around the city a breeze. The overall design of the hotel feels fresh, modern, and welcoming, with great common areas including a bar, gym, garden, and even games like ping pong that add a fun, social vibe. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the check-in process (done online) was quick and seamless. My room was spacious, clean, and refreshed daily, which I really appreciated. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, making it easy to work or stream without any issues.
